Interesting that they even bother to tell you that...usually it would just be "DELAYED" and if you called they'd say "We've encountered some hitchups in our delivery, but it'll be back to normal in no time..."*click*

YES! wow how ironic would that be. And of course the train didnt break the package, when the truck got crushed the package fell out back *untouched* and then fell into gutter where it is in the mouth of an aligator who just happened to find it. Dont blame it on the train just yet.
