My 1964 brick house has original RG59 wire for TV 300-ohm Terminals.

Can RG59 wire (in-wall) be mixed with RG6 wire.

I am thinking of having Verizon use the existing RG59 wire to avoid their fees to pull wire to a "new wall outlet".
Also, they may be unable to pull wire to new locations without mounting wire on interor surfaces (following baseboard) -- unsightly which the spouse would object to.

Thanks.

Whatever functionally can be done goes under MoCA.

However, is Not clear why Verizon has to do the work post the installation to their Modem/Router.

From the Modem/Router you can do the work yourself (you indicated in your other post that it very healthy to do other thing than just watching "TV crappola"). Or pay someone to do it better and cheaper than Verizon.
