Go to the doctor and have him lance it.

The novacaine, or whatever they use is as painful as the lancing. So pass on having a local.
Just bend over the table and let him do his work. For several days you'll get to walk around
with a small Kotex between you cheeks 😀

Drink alot of water with some Metamusal to clean yourself out before you have the cutting
done because you will not want to dump for atleast two days afterword.

I speak from experiance.

I do manual labor for a job with Habitat for Humanity, I'm not sure I can afford to do this.

So THAT's what it is... I've had one of those in my butt and thought maybe it was something serious, but didn't want to go to a doctor. Almost made a thread but didn't want to be called a fudgepacker.
