but it sounds like he's training hard for one... Meanwhile, there's gotta be, or at least should be, some sort of award (apart from a mere felony conviction:whiste:) for someone quite this dumb...

Pennsylvania man tried selling drugs while in traffic court (AP, 2/2/16 via The NY Daily News)

"Authorities say ... 35-year-old Christopher Durkin ... attempted to sell [another man in the courtroom] ... Suboxone pills. Deputies searched Durkin and he was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver."

Sitting in traffic court is extremely boring, can't blame him for multitasking.
