It's not all the time - just when my allergies are acting up, which I guess they are today.

This would only be a problem if you were trying to do lines laying down or sitting.

get those Breath Right nasal strips. There should be store brand of those so it's cheaper. It opens your nasal airway so you can sleep.

Sounds like your sinus is swollen and is moving around in your nose.

When I have stuffy nose, my left and right side of my nose gets stuffy, depending on which side I lay down.

This.

I have this issue perpetually so my only solution is to use Breath Right strips nightly.

I get them from Costco, much cheaper than regular stores.

For me, I found the generics I tried to not hold on as well so only will use the name brand.

Try washing your face before you put it on

A fake latex pinkie, lube and a cordless drill will clear you right up.

You forgot the disclaimer: Don't put it in your ass first. Clean out your nose first, wash it then you may proceed with the ass reaming.

Not only that, but the generics also leave a residue behind after removal, which is a bit of an annoyance to remove.
