I'm interested in Clean Sweep and Ghost. Is there any disadvantages to installing SystemWorks Pro as opposed to installing each app seperately.
 
No disadvantages at all. Only thing you should know though is that CleanSweep doesn't work well under W2k. Norton needs to do more R&D on it.
On the other hand, Ghost is a wonderful program for whole system backup. 😉
