NORTON!!!

I have Norton Internet Security Professional, it pretty well interms of pop ups, and intrusion. Then Yesterday there was live update, and it automatically downloaded and installed. It told me to restart, then it made my computer's CPU processor @ 100% that which made my computer laggy and wont shut down. I decided to turn it off manually and wait 15 second before I turn it back on. After I turn it back on and logged on my account, then i realized that NISP (norton internet security pro) was disabled. I tried to turn it on manually, but i cant because i cannot log on to my NISP account because it got delete from the new update. Then pop ups starting appear left n right from my computer, then i start getting really piss! I went to norton website trying to find technical support. I found it but it cost money or the webpage is not working. I tried uninstalling it, but it wont let me. Then I tried signing on aim then after 5 minutes it logs me off. after 35 minutes on computer norton pop up that said "Security Breech, please enter password to log on," so i enter the password, but it didnt work. I tried a blank password, i tried all my password and the password in the manual, none of them work! Then it log me off my computer. Now it wont let me log on to my computer Admin account or any user account. Can any of you please help me!!!
