I wanted to wipe my hard drive's free space. But I couldn't find that option in norton.

The WipeInfo version that is available under Windows NT/2000/XP systems is different than the version available under Windows 98/Me systems. For instance, WipeInfo under Windows NT/2000/XP does not include the option to wipe free space. This document explains the version available under Windows NT/2000/XP.

This is frustrating becuase, although I don't believe I have anything valuable on my computer, I would feel better if no one could search it.
Being able to only wipe specific files is useless to me. I would like not to have anything saved on my drive that I don't know is there. Ideally, I would like when I delete a file that it would truely be erased on the disk but I know that is not the case. Can anyone help?
