Hey, I'm with you. You're right about not wanting to spend the time since it's their responsibility to at least respond to an inquiry, but they do have a toll-free number.

Woohoo. Got mine yesterday. Installed it and played with it a little. I still have a lot of playing to do since my last version of Norton stuff was when 486 DX2 66s were hot. :D

Hmm, I see that everyone (?) here has gotten the same CD Number with their product. Will this affect things such as virus updating? I'm looking to buy this, especially with my current subscription to NAV being up and no longer being able to update my virus files (I also have 5.0 still). Thanks!

..isn't there a Norton suite that has a firewall program built-in? I thought this was it, but after reading the description, I see I was wrong...or was I? :)
