Norton SystemWorks 2001 problem.....can't do the liveupdate..solved

Hi, I just installed Norton System 2001 and tried to liveupdate anti virus. I did success downloading the files but after rebooting, it's still giving me the old antivirus list. Does anybody have this problem? I am using Win ME and Win 2000. My Win 2000 works well with the update but not the Win ME one. Thanks in advance for all the helps...

What I did was I went to the symantec site and went to the tech support site that explained how to solve this problem. Hope this posting will help..
