Which one is better for defragging; windowsXPSP2's defragging utility or Norton Sys Works' 'speed disk'?

Supposedly the XP version is an old version of PerfectDisk and significantly slower than just about any stand alone you can buy. I just DL'd the home trial for Diskeeper and will probably be using that from now on now that I've uninstalled SystemWorks.

i tried diskeeper once. Overall, it finished up quickly, but the results weren't great. WinXP is slower, but does a better job IMO.
