I got NAV last year and bought an oem nswp disk mainly for ghost which I've only experimented with so far. I'm really impressed with the utilities portion and the speed disk and disk doctor especially. As printing out the manual is prohibitively expensive,(80 pages for ghost alone) I'm doing it intuitively.

I removed crashguard as it was giving me so many warnings that it was interfering with using the computer although I do have a few problems I'm working out.

What are your opinions and experiences on different programs?

Crash Guard!!! No swearing here!!! good job removing CrashGuard, it crashes OSs more often that not. I use Norton Windoctor on a regular basis. It does wonders for my customers PC's. Especially running it from the CD.

I use Cleansweep for basic HDD cleanup and for moving around applications from different Partitions.

Speeddisk works better than the standard OS Scandisk and Defrag.

I also recommend shutting off system doctor, it is a real resource hog.:)
