This has been posted several times on several boards.
I had been looking for Systemworks, and bought myself
a copy. I used a downloaded version of Norton Utilties
to straighten out my brother-in-laws PC, and was pretty
impressed. Plus I need a new Antivirus package.

At this price, I am almost certain these are grey-market,
OEM versions of the software. They're supposed to be
sold along with a computer, but this isn't enforced
by the publishers. OEM software is not eligible for rebate.
