Norton Symantec LiveUpdate Constantly Downloading / Updating?

Recently, my Norton 2002 System's work subscription for live updates expired. I tried reinstalling but that did not work. Our company offers the Symantec Antivirus coporate edition for free so recently I downloaded that and removed my version of Norton Antivirus 2002. I ran the scan and everything is kosher. I have the ZoneAlarm Free Firewall and Adware6 which I run periodically. Nothing really out of the ordinary. Now, ever 5 minutes on so whenever I am online, the Symantec LiveUpdate (appears in the desktop tray) automatically runs and downloads this 57.1 kb file and installs it. Over and over again. I haven't the foggest clue why. I see the liveupdate icon appear in the desktop tray and it annoys me for some reason. It is not the virus definition (for the corporate edition as that has not changed since I downloaded/update the list 2 days ago).

Questions:
1). What is going on?
2). Can/Should I disable liveupdate (I can run the liveupdates manually through the SystemWorks program but I don't see anywhere where I can disable the automatic function)?
3). It seems that the update is looking for something and not finding it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
