Norton Subscription ended too soon... 1 year gave us about 4 months...

We have norton installed on 4 computers here at work (using two, 3-user versions)

One of the computers had this problem once before, suddently showing its 1-year subscription had expired only 2 or so months in..... I checked the clock, everything seemed fine.. Suddenly, one day it went back to showing 200-300 days left on the subscription, weird...

This week it did it again, and now it shows expired.

Any ideas? Should we try to reinstall?

Is it just the one computer? Have you check to see if the clock in the bios is correct? You may need a new CMOS battery for your motheboard.

Check what the expiration date is; I had an issue where my subscription supposedly ended at some ridiculous date (12/30/1899):

Symantec Support

Try searching around Symantec for your particular problem; I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall all Symantec products, which was a pain in the ass, but it worked.
