I just got a free copy of Diskeeper 6 from work and was wondering if anyone had any opinions. I heard that it puts Speed Disk to shame but what do I know. Norton vs. Diskeeper?

Speeddisk does a more thorough job, which takes a bit longer, but is worth it IMO. But it does not feature an option to exclude system files like bootsect.dos. Resulting in messing up a dual-booting installation. So Diskeeper is the better defragger IMO.

Give PerfectDisk 2000 a try. I find this to defrag far better than either of these 2 products.
