Norton Software Differences

Hi,

Can some one outline the differences between the following Norton software:

Anti-Virus 2006 & Internet Security 2006

I need software for virus, adware, spyware, worms, hackers, spam protection. Do both these products do the same thing???

Thanks.

First let me recommend against getting Norton products because they have stability issues and hog massive resources. Trend Micro's PC-cillin Internet Security is a much better product and costs less.

Norton isn't very informative on their part. Internet Security has at least one extra addition to Antivirus which is a Firewall. It's claims are confusing - I know, but you need a firewall, and Anti-virus doesn't provide one.

Yes ive read some reviews on PC-cillin, many saying it was hands down better then Norton. I have noticed that everyone is bashing Norton software haha. Anyway i did find many good reviews on BitDefender, and also found that previous PC-cillin users switched to BitDefender. So ill have a go with BitDefender. Currently im running Norton Anti-Virus 2006, it does slow the comp but not that much, but at the same time i dont play online games or play around with DVD editing etc...

Norton 2k3 is the best imo.. I still have it on my laptop. The internet security package.. Look around, probably find it for ~$10.. Has AV, firewall and so on...

By best I mean for Norton products..
