Norton registration problem??

i'm trying to install norton on a computer. i've tried norton antivirus 2004 and 2005. now both install fine, but when it comes time to register, and you have to "click next to contine" where you can go on the internet and confirm your serial number, i can't do anything. i can click that next, but nothing happens, that screen just sits there. anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? i've uninstalled and reinstalled like five times now. i would use another antivirus program, but this is another persons computer, and they bought the norton. i have to get this back to them tomorrow, any advice would be appreciated. thanks.
