For about a month Norton has been giving me problems. Every 5 seconds it gives me a security alert that says it has blocked a connection. When I start up azureus or live update, it starts to alert me evry half second. It will not stop. Even when I turn the programs off, it refuses to stop. I even disconnected the modem and it still jept saying it blocked inbound connections. I disabled all forms of detection but it still keeps going. I have Norton 2004.

Can anyone help me?

You need to open the ports that Azureus uses (usually 3881 I think) to allow incoming and outgoing UDP packets.. as for the specific how-to's, someone else can help you with that :D

the norton firewall is just doing it's job, which is to prevent unauthorised inbound connections :)

you need to tell it which programs, and which ports, will be having in bound connections (e.g., your file sharing programs like azureus)
