Norton Internet Worm Protection Update ERROR

When I went into my Norton System works the other day, it closed whilst updating. Now every time I go to update it fails to fix/update Norton Internet Worm Protection. It comes up with an error reading "LU1845: This update was aborted during its preprocessing step". I've tried Symantecs site although to no prevail. What should I do? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Rollback or reinstall. My NAV got killed by ZoneAlarm, going to try rolling back in the near future. If that doesn't work, then I am going to try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
