I just reinstalled XP and NIS 2004, now forums and all javascript do not work. I turned off script blocking and popup blocker. I have to disable NIS all together to get them to work. What the hell is it that I need to change?

Your Internet security software. You are lucky Norton didn't blow up your whole machine.

Add Anandtech to the "Trusted Sites" manager, or like others have said, get something better. Zonealarm is free and I'd recommend it over NIS any day of the week.

NIS is a hog, but it does a good job. I frequently run an FTP server and I like to only let in one person's IP. Not to mention I own this piece of crap until almost 2006.
