I'm shoping for a copy of Ghost 2003 and have found that I can get SystemWorks 2003 for less that a standalone copy of Ghost. If I get SystemWorks 2003, can I only use Ghost? I already have firewall and virus protection that I'm happy with. This is to backup my home drives.
Thanks,
Steve

Systemworks 2003 Pro has ghost, I don't think the standard one does. (I think that's why I got pro)

And ya..you can look around on disk and find the installer for just ghost and it will work fine.

Trying to do that same thing for norton AV didn't work well though for me, so I installed everything.

I have SystemWorks Pro. Yes, you can just use Ghost. Moreover, certain operations in Ghost require command-line interaction which cannot be done from within Windows. So, Ghost is not tied into SystemWorks as tight as the other components might be.

Funny this thread comes up. I'm defragging my little 6GB to clone onto my 120GB using Norton Ghost. My 6GB was 31% fragmented. No wonder crap was running so slowly.
