Norton Ghost and RAID controllers

Yo,

I want to go to a RAID 0 setup. I'm trying to figure out how to do it painlessly.

I have another drive in my system that I can ghost my main partition to. Can I then pop another drive like the main drive in, make it a RAID 0 device and ghost it back?

Will that work?

Cool. Now I just need to find out what Maxtor I have and buy one just like it.

(Should be easy. It is one of the new Maxtor drives.)
