I did a search and I know that Ghost works on RAID arrays but when I try to do it I can only see the entire 2-disk array, not the partitions. Any ideas?
 
The raid controller makes it so the rest of your system doesn't see the drives separately, makeing sure you don't ruin your drive. My raid controller makes my drives appear as a Promise scsi device rather than a drive.

You see the controller, controller writes to the drives "pretend" style, you get your stuff from the controller which gets it from the way it sees the drives. Abstraction.
