Norton Ghost Alternative

I need to backup my C drive because well, I have only one hard drive. If C drive crashes, I can always use the ghost image to restore my ghost back to what it was BEFORE it crashed or started to give me problems.

I have heard about Acronis. Is it a good program? Can I use it to create just an image of C drive? What are some other programs that you guys recommend that I can use to backup my C drive?

Try Acronis, I like it much better than Ghost, it's saved me from all kinds of trouble on various occasions
