Norton Ghost 2005 & Goback 4.0 Incompatible still?

I have been using ghost for many years at least 6 years. Decided to give goback a try and apparently they are still incompatible. You must uninstall goback before you can make an image of C: onto your backup drive. Is this correct or is there a solution?
