Norton Ghost 2002w/network

Just bought Norton system works pro 2002 last week and am very happy with the prog, exspecially ghost since i had to use it to restore my system. but i wanted to ghost my other computer that is on my network. I set up the boot disk with the tcp/ip protocol stacks and appropriate drivers for the computers to communicate with each other and it didn't work. I have cable internet, so i use a netgear rp114 with acts as a dhcp for the network but i made the boot to first use the router as a dhcp and the gave each pc a different ip out of the dhcp range of the router and nothign worked.

my pc runs win me and a soyo k7v dragon 1.4 ghz amd
my mom's pc runs win 98 (not SE) and is a premade compaq pII 400 mhz
