I recently purchased Norton Ghost 10.0 to make image my system so that restoring would be a breeze. However, when trying to restore my system by booting into the Norton Ghost restore environment from the cd, I get a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) after the "please wait" text appears on the screen.
The BSOD says the following:
MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION
STOP: 0x0000009C (0x00000004, 0x8089A7A0, 0xB2000000, 0x00070F0F)
I've googled the problem and contacted symantec for support, to no avail. Any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Asus A8N-SLI Premium
AMD Athlon 64 4000+ (not OC'd)
2GB (4x512Mb) Corsair TWINX memory (not OC'd)
eVGA 7800GTX (not OC'd)
2 SATA 200GB HD's
1 PATA 80GB HD
Audigy 2ZS Platinum
