Norton detected a virus but won't remove it..

I got the W32.Kwbot.C.Worm virus on my comp apparently..Norton saw it, but it says "access to the file was denied", and that it was "unable to repair the file".

What can I do? The pop-up thing from Norton will keep displaying that message no matter how many times I click OK..

Symantec has wonderful instructions for the removal of any virus it's product finds.

I'd recommend booting to safe mode and then running a full scan.

Also check Mcafee's site from helpful info too.... Good luck...
