Norton Corporate - Not Showing up in task bar

For some reason Symantec Norton Antivirus Corporate edition isn't showing up in the task bar.

I'm using the 2002 version, program version 8.1.1.319 and all the latest updates.

I'm not sure why it stopped, anyone have a solution? I tried looking for a configuration area or something for preferences but didn't see anything...

there is a box on the server side configuration to enable task bar view for clients
