Norton Corporate 7.5 Error

I have been running NAVCE 7.5 for 9 months without a hitch, then last week I went to do a client install and I get the message:

"Error 25001 - Memory Scan Failed"

Anyone else seen this or have any ideas. Symantec has a topic for this in their Knowledge Base, but the link is dead.
