Buddy of mine just updated his norton and now he is getting a blue screen stating irq not equal to or less than. He is unable to uninstall norton as his computer shuts down as soon as he boots it up. Also he can't open in safe mode. I hope somebody has a solution.
 
I assume Norton Antivirus? I do not understand how that would cause an IRQ conflict.......

This is probably something that is unrelated to Norton and occurred by coincidence around the time he updated NAV.
