is there any difference between nav 2001, 2000 or 2002? heck, or even nav v5.0?

seems like the .dat files are all the same?!

Different engines. You also need 2002 to work in Win XP.

This is not really a hot deal since the other software vendors (JCS, Direct Deals, etc.) also sell it for roughly the same price when it's in stock. Also 90 days free updates is kinda weak.

I suspect this is the OEM version because of the 90 day limit on updates. Same version sent with new computers. I recently bought the Retail Version comes with 1 year of updates for $9.95 with a $10 rebate. (which I received) I always buy the previous edition just after the new one comes out.

Why not just go here and pay $6 more for SystemsWorks, which includes a full YEAR of updates, not to mention Utilities, Cleansweep, Ghost, and GoBack?
