norton antivirus popping a .net passport window

I run a weekly scan every Wed in the middle of the night. I usually have my computer off so it runs when I turn it on Wed morning. When it completes, it has been recently requesting me to log in with a .net passport. I have no idea what I would be logging in to and I have never given it an account. Has anyone else had this start happening? It started about a month ago for me and I have no idea why.
