Norton Antivirus Corporate 8.0 Home Use?

I have Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition 8.0 from my workplace, and I will need it at home since I will be taking one of their pc's home to work with. I wont have outside access to the work norton server, will i still be able to receive updates and use this version of norton at my home? I have hi speed cable internet, i just lack an outside connection to the work norton server. Im assuming it should not be a problem, but i just want to know for sure before i even bother borrow the cd to install it. Thanks in advance.

Yep, I use corporate edition at home as well. It works fine in unmanaged mode using the normal LiveUpdate utility.

good good, thanks for the reply. they offered me either system works 2003 professional, or corporate edition 8.0, which is better, or does either one really matter?

systemworks has allot of other programs included with it besides antivirus, but the corporate edition does not expire i dont think
