I installed NAV 2004 on a machine of my friends and it would not open.. i thought maybe there was a virus in it.. so i formatted it from teh restore disks and didnt touch anything else and installed it again.. and it does the same thing.. i double click on it.. the cursor turns to a arror/hourglass and then goes back to regular arrow and nothing opens.. not even an error message.
what causes this? any ideas how to fix it?
