Norton Antivirus 2003 & trojans

The website for NAV 2003 says "ENHANCED! Automatically removes viruses, worms, and Trojan horses. ". So if I get it, is it OK to uninstall The Cleaner?
 
Since The Cleaner is specifically made to detect trojans, I would keep it. It's always good to have more than one source of protection.
