Norton AntiVirus 2000 & Norton Utilities 2000 in Windows XP Pro?

Thanks for your help on Word 2000!! Do any of you know if Norton AntiVirus 2000 (v. 6.0) and Norton Utilities 2000 (v. 4.5) will run in Windows XP Pro? ( Trying to find out how much of my current software will translate into my new operating system.)
