Norton Anti Virus 2003 Freezes should i worry

Yes...try uninstalling Norton and reinstalling again. (sorry, don't have much experience with anti-viruses, never use em)
 
I have used a number of Norton AV's with no problems, but I can not get 2003 to work on about half the machines I tried it with. I don't know why. It works on some and not on others I use McAfee on those.
