Norton 360 Subscription

I once thought I had to uninstall Norton 360, but it eventually fixed itself with an update. When I went to try to remove it, I was warned that I would lose my remaining subscription, so I stopped. Does this mean I can only install Norton 360 on the same machine just once? It came with a 3-pack license for 3 different machines, but I really don't want to have to use up all the licenses or purchase another subscription each time I reinstall it on the same machine. Can someone clarify how this works for me? I want to reinstall my OS, but don't want to have lost my subscription or any licenses.

Of course, Symantec's support was useless in answering this question.

You should be able to install it on the same pc again and not lose your subscription. It would be no different than if your HDD took a dump and you have to perform a clean OS install. It's really sad to see one of the largest security companies have some of the worst support in the industry. :(
