Currently running 98SE, but planning on installing WinXP as dual-boot.

I'm concerned about Norton 2002 Pro functions with WinxP - specifically if any functions are lost with NTFS file system.

I'm most concerned with Ghost, Speed Disk, NDD and Windoctor functions.

Any Norton 2002 Pro features lost with WinXP and NTFS files?

Thanks for your help!

Have never used Ghost , so can't tell you about it. But as far as the other programs, they work fine under NTFS.

I just purchased System Works 2002 Pro, and everything works great. I've used NDD, WinDoctor, and Speed Disk. Ghost no, but I know people who've used it. SW 2002 Pro is fully XP compliant.

Ghost can create an image of an NTFS partition but cannot write the image to an NTFS partition. The way to get around this is to create a small FAT32 partition for your ghost image (or of course you could write the image to CD).
