Northwood overclocking: Zalman CNPS-6500A CU or Alpha PAL8942 with Papst NGL (12db) fan?

Hello! I am trying to decide between two coolers. Advantages and disadvantages of each:

Zalman:
+Looks
+Mounting system
+Performance?
+Sheer amount of copper cooling goodness
-Price ($59)

Alpha:
+Mounting system
+Performance with high-end fans
+Price ($38) + Papst fan, which I already own

I have a pretty well-ventilated Coolermaster ATC-200 power supply, with 2 80mm intake fans, 1 top blowhole fan, 1 exhaust fan, and a 2-fan Enermax 350-watt PSU. My current case temps are <30 celcius with a 1.4ghz Athlon Thunderbird installed.

In this environment, what do you think will give me better results, the Zalman all-copper unit with stock 33db fan (35 or so CFM, 92mm), or the Alpha PAL8942 with a smaller fan (although an upgrade to a faster fan is possible)

Thanks in advance for any responses.

-Alex
