Northwood 3 gig or wait for Prescott E-0 stepping & 775 help please

The e-o prescott might be a great overclocker, but would require water cooling to run stable at 4 gigahertz or higher. If you're willing to invest in a water cooled setup, then it might be worth waiting for. I found a 2.8c northwood with mobo at Fry's for only $150, and it runs fine at 3.36 or higher. My ram is running at 480 at 3.36 (in sync with a 1:1 ratio) so I can't go higher. I will not try the prescott, as too many people are reporting high temps. My own 2.8c runs at 68c under load, but it may be a bios reporting issue that msi never fixed.
