After seeing what a good time the boys are having at Ulfwald's, I thought it might be fun to have ourselves a goold ol fashioned geekfest in our neck of the woods in NorCal. Astaroth33 and Reliant had mentioned they may be interested plus myself makes 3. I dont have the necessary room in my apartment to host such an event so this may require some help to plan.

Anyone else interested in setting something up? PM me if so
 
I live in Santa Rosa, is that too far north? I would be interested in going if such a thing can be done. Send me a PM if you are near by and need some help with whatever.

So far thats two from San Jose, one from the valley, one from North Bay, and me from the East Bay. Ithink it al ldpeends on where we would have it. As I said before I cant host but I can definitely try to take care of everythign else (with help of course!)

We still need a place to get this done people. notfred's link was handy but I think Roseville is kinda far away for just about everyone.
 
well, in Santa Rosa we have a Computer Gaming center. Maybe we could rent them out or something. That would require all of us showing up with money in our pockets. I think their usual charge is like $6 or something. I remember I used to burn through my parents 20$'s at that place. I think you got a deal with a $20 bill. I dont remember what it was, it was awhile ago.

hmm...my dad has an office in Emeryville...wonder if he'd go for it.

Been a busy weekend...

It would be awesome if someone has a house or place that we can use so we dont have to rent out a spot. Maybe we can get Red Dawn to let us use his place. 🙂

 
In Berkeley, and may be able to open up a student lounge. not sure though, I live in a christian conservative housing complex =)
