Northbridge temp reported 3.26v on Foxconn 6100K8MA-RS

I've seen somewhere the default voltage should be 1.5v.
I used ITE Smart guardian to read the temps, is this reading reliable?.

2x 512 MB Twinmos DDR1
PSU Intex 600W model: IT-1860PS
