Been trying to diagnose a temperature problem and I think it may be that my Northbridge is getting too hot on the mobo? I've noticed that I will hit about 60C on my NB while playing HL2 and then I get a lockup. Is that too hot for a NB? Also, if I wanted to cool it, what would my options be?
- To complicated the issue, I've got sli cards and one of my sli graphics cards is right over my NB fan and heat sink. If I purchase an aftermarket NB fan/heat sink, can I get one that will still be low profile and will fit under my graphics cards?
