Northbridge Recommendation

I'm looking @ running an E8400 with a single GPU, and the ability to OC well.

Of course, value is ideal....so most likely it seems that the P35 is the solution. (Flashing isn't an issue)

However, I've been a long user of nVidia Northbridges, and curious if something else is competitive in terms of value.

my choice would be the DFI
