Northbridge Cooling Issues

I have a new build with a GIGABYTE GA-K8N Ultra-9 mobo. The CPU idles at a cool 28C in an AeroCool Spiral Galaxies case, but my problem is with the northbridge. The mobo has a passive heatsink and the temp is being reported at 69C. I'd like to install a fan or new cooler, but the back end of my Saphire X850XT PCI-E card hangs over the top of the northbridge and there is no room to install a fan. Nice mobo aside from the northbridge location. Anyone run into this complication before.

I did find and install a low profile fan/heatsink and installed it. Fits under video card nicely, but SpeedFan still reads the same 70oC. Research I've done seems to suggest the nForce4 was designed to run that hot on this mobo. Thanks in advance for any input.
