Northbridge cooling for 8rda+

I am about to do the ol' Vdd mod on my Epox board and I was wondering which cooling method would be the best. Right now I have a Vantec Iceberg copper cooler. Would the standard passive cooler (the one that comes with the board) with a Globalwin 60mm fan attached(26cfm @ 36db) be better? If close to the same performance I think I would keep the vantec due to noise. Just want to know cause I am about to take the board out and make the Vdd mod
