That right there is why I'm certain something is up. It's an unprecidented move and the timing is quite suspect.

I wouldn't be suprised if he's sick and just wants his nation to survive. Might have turned over control and told management to open shit up. Hence.. the quick dispatch to SK.

I actually read reports there is a split between the military leaders and Kim Jong-Un. One side (I don't recall which) is far more open to working with outside nations to expand trade and such, while the other is content to stick with their current ways. Perhaps, dear leader has gone underground or is distancing himself in the event of a coup?
